Dr Simon Wheeler

Chief Operations Officer, Precision Ag

Simon leads operations at Precision Ag, Australia's largest independent soil sampling business and provider of variable rate farming solutions. He brings expertise at the intersection of soil science, technology, and strategy, to drive efficiency and customer success.

He has held senior roles in AgTech, where he led the establishment Australia’s first dedicated soil carbon measurement provider, and directly contributed to the 2021 Carbon Farming Initiative methodology.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Hons), and a PhD in Biology. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
